Dr. Paige Kensrue

PT, DPT
Physical Therapist

As a sport physical therapist, Paige is passionate about helping people return to activities they love and partnering alongside them to reach new levels of performance and ability. Paige seeks to understand the goals and expectations of each client to build a tailored program that allows them to reach those goals. Personally, Paige understands the implications of injury and pain and what it means to be held back from doing the things you love to do, whether it be sport, fitness, or even just being able to run a mile. After her first ankle sprain in high school and attending physical therapy, Paige decided to dedicate her career to helping others. Paige completed her Bachelor of Science studies at Elon University in North Carolina, where she also played Division I tennis from 2006-2010. After graduating, she went on to pursue her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, becoming a huge Tarheel fan. She then moved to Atlanta, GA where she worked in an outpatient sports medicine clinic for 2 years, treating people of all sports and levels of fitness. In 2015, she began the sports therapist residency training with ATI Physical Therapy in Greenville, SC working with local universities and high schools and collaborating with some of the top physicians and surgeons on the East coast. For the next 5 years, Paige worked with the Women’s Tennis Association, traveling internationally with the tour to treat professional tennis athletes and work alongside therapists and physicians from around the world. Paige remains dedicated to consistent learning and professional growth, along with collaboration with other sport medicine disciplines to achieve the best outcome for her clients.
